MERRA COACHING RETREAT

A professional pause

A retreat for professionals who work with people
and want to return to presence, clarity, and flow.

 Pržno, Montenegro

 23–26 April 2026

People who work with people - coaches, leaders, team leads - often spend years applying methods, tools, and competencies while facilitating momentum and making decisions. Over time, there is less room to pause, to meet themselves within their practice, and to restore the inner capacity their work quietly demands.

This retreat exists for the moment when professional pause is luxury you need and presence becomes the real work.

This is not a training.
Not a certification.
Not a wellbeing weekend.

MERRA Coaching Retreat

It supports people who carry responsibility for people & systems.
It offers time, structure, and safety in returning to clarity, presence, and sustainable depth in your work.

Your Guest Facilitators

Get to know our guest facilitators who contribute their experience, perspective, and grounded presence to the retreat process.

Marijana Račić,
PCC

A manager and internal coach within IKEA SEE. She works on people and leadership development through change, with a particular interest in how systemic forces shape behavior and decision-making. Her core focus is reflection as a professional discipline, supporting those who develop others in maintaining integrity and clarity within systems that generate pressure, dominant narratives, and automatisms, especially in the age of AI. She is the author of guided reflective formats (journals) designed to support continuous reflective practice.

Luka Mitrović,
PCC

A Psychology educated professional coach who works at the intersection of teams, leadership, and systems. Luka brings real-case clarity: helping practitioners track what’s happening in the room, widen the frame beyond the individual, and turn insight into practical experiments they can take back to their teams.

Adrijana Milosavljević,
MCC

An ICF MCC and an EMCC and Association for Coaching accredited supervisor. Beyond these letters, she is a mother, a partner, and a reflective practitioner inspired by nature. She enjoys experimenting with creative approaches. In her work, she holds space for pause and meaningful explorations, and partners with people in designing ways for insights to integrate and stay with them beyond the sessions.
